The business need

Weekly promotions, branch information, customer feedback and digital visibility had to stay current without creating separate manual workflows for every channel.

03 · How we built it

The product and engineering decisions behind the result.

01

Built around recurring weekly work

The architecture treats promotions as an ongoing operating process, not a one-time website update.

02

Branch-aware data structure

Stores, surveys and reporting retain branch context so management can compare locations consistently.

03

One bilingual content layer

English and Arabic content live in the same platform with RTL and centralized translation controls.

04

Connected measurement

Catalogue visits, survey responses and digital signals feed a broader management view.

04 · How it works

From the first action to the outcome, the workflow stays connected.

01

Upload weekly catalogue

Admin publishes the latest promotional PDF.

02

Create digital catalogue

The file becomes an interactive responsive flipbook.

03
